Lionel Bousquet is a principal at EFESO.

With over 25 years of experience in industrial operations and supply chain management, Lionel supports clients in driving end-to-end transformations across complex, multi-site environments. At EFESO, Lionel focuses on designing supply chain strategies, optimizing operational performance and enabling organizations to achieve sustainable breakthroughs in cost, cash, and service.

Lionel’s expertise spans supply chain strategy and network design, S&OP, production planning, scheduling and operational optimization, including factories, transport and warehouses. With a strong background in change management, Lionel partners with leadership teams to deliver measurable improvements and lasting performance gains.

Before joining EFESO, Lionel held senior leadership roles in automotive and aerospace at Autoliv and Zodiac Aerospace, leading teams of over 600 people and managed large-scale cross-functional projects.

Lionel holds a Master of Science in Management of Production from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne. Speaks French, English, and Spanish.
