Lorenzo Zennaro

Lorenzo is Managing Director of Central & Eastern Europe and Expert Partner at EFESO.

With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Lorenzo leads EFESO’s activities in Central & Eastern Europe and is a member of the Italian leadership team. At EFESO, Lorenzo has managed large-scale transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, and operational due diligences for multinational corporations as well as medium-sized enterprises across diverse industries.

Lorenzo’s expertise spans operational excellence, performance transformation, and industrial turnaround. He has successfully supported clients in Automotive, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical & Engineering, Airports, and Public Administration, consistently delivering measurable results and sustainable impact. His approach combines technical know-how with hands-on implementation, ensuring that improvements are embedded at every level of the organization.

Prior to EFESO, Lorenzo developed his career at Solving Efeso, progressing from Consultant to Principal and later holding senior management roles. He also gained over a decade of experience at Efeso Consulting, where he specialized in industrial operations and organizational improvement.

Lorenzo holds a Doctorate in Electronic and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Genoa. He speaks Italian and English.
