With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and digital manufacturing, Lotfi brings deep expertise in business performance management and operational transformation across complex, multinational organizations.

Throughout his career, Lotfi has successfully led strategic initiatives that have delivered over $500 million in combined cost savings and revenue enhancements. His work often involves close collaboration with senior executives, helping organizations rethink and refine their manufacturing systems, supply chain strategies, and digital enablement to unlock productivity and resilience. Lotfi’s capabilities span manufacturing excellence, Industry 4.0, supply chain planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, and post-merger integration.

Lotfi is known for his hands-on leadership in large-scale, multi-site transformations—whether optimizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), redesigning supply chain networks, or deploying digital tools to drive operational visibility and decision-making.

Lotfi holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, along with a professional certificate in Supply Chain Management. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
