Lucas brings over 15 years of consulting experience, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, and Change Management across FMCG, Process Industry, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Value Chain/Supply Chain sectors. Lucas leads projects in strategy deployment, performance management, and change management, and drives EFESO’s internal knowledge development and mentoring initiatives.
Lucas specializes in designing high-performing teams, organizational culture assessments, and leadership development models, combining cross-cultural insights with practical behavioral expertise to enhance client performance sustainably.
Before EFESO, Lucas was managing partner at FLECTO BV, delivering efficiency improvement and cultural transformation projects, and held roles as a Recruitment & Career Consultant and Team Management & Communication Trainer.
Lucas holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and speaks Dutch and English.
