Marcia de Troyer is partner and global head of Operations Strategy and Transformation at EFESO.

With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, Marcia designs and leads large-scale transformation programs that generate measurable business impact. Marcia’s expertise spans the design and implementation of transformation roadmaps, change management strategies, business performance improvement, leadership development, and cultural change programs.

Marcia supports organizations across sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, technology, and heavy industry services. Known for working effectively across all levels—from field operations and commercial teams to expert functions in finance, HR, ICT, and marketing—Marcia has built long-standing relationships with CXOs based on trust and delivery.
