At EFESO, Marco drives projects focused on industrial strategy, M&A, ESG integration, operations improvement, and business governance, helping organizations accelerate growth and enhance competitiveness.
Marco’s expertise lies in leading end-to-end transformations, leveraging advanced analytics, sustainability-driven approaches, and cross-functional collaboration. Marco’s work has delivered impact across business planning, procurement strategy, risk management, and data integration, with a strong focus on aligning operational excellence with long-term value creation.
Before joining EFESO, Marco worked at Bonfiglioli Consulting, specialized in lean transformation, Industry 4.0 adoption, and change management for companies in food, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical industries. Marco also co-founded OkioNetwork and serves on the board of Gruppo Fanti, contributing to corporate governance and industrial planning.
Marco holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Speaks Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
