With a strong background in management consulting and human resources, Marie is Senior Manager at EFESO, focusing on Human Dynamics, organizational development, and people-related transformation. Marie supports organizations in aligning strategy, culture, and leadership behaviors, with a particular emphasis on large-scale transformations where human behavior is critical to success.

Marie’s expertise spans behavioral change, leadership development, culture transformation, and the design and implementation of end-to-end HR processes. Marie brings a pragmatic and human-centered approach, combining behavioral sciences, team dynamics, change communication, and in-context coaching to help leadership teams translate strategy into impact across the organization.

Before joining EFESO, Marie held senior roles in consulting and industry. Marie was Head of HR & Internal Communications at SERAX, leading a full redesign of HR processes from recruitment to exit while serving as a member of the management team. Earlier experience includes several years at Deloitte Belgium within Human Capital and Change by Design, working on culture, technology-enabled transformations, and leadership alignment programs across sectors.

Marie holds a Master’s degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School and completed the European Human Resources Management programme with Magna Cum Laude distinction. Speaks Dutch, English, and French.
