With over 30 years of consulting experience in Operations, Mario specializes in Innovation Management, advanced quality and engineering excellence. At EFESO, Mario leads the Innovation Management practice, supporting multinational clients in developing strategies and solutions that sustain growth in volume and margin across Pharma, FMCG, Automotive, Engineering, Packaging, Machinery and Food industries.

Mario’s expertise spans the entire innovation value chain, from anticipating market needs and structuring trends into innovation platforms to applying lean-agile development and design to value approaches. He combines deep knowledge of manufacturing excellence, Six Sigma, Red X, and advanced engineering with strong capabilities in organizational transformation.

Before joining EFESO, Mario worked in Purchasing and Supply Chain for a leading construction company, managing large-scale projects involving high-speed trains, dams, and tunnels. Mario holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and has contributed extensively to EFESO’s Knowledge Management system, including the development of the WCOM Toolkit.
