Maximilian brings deep expertise in operational excellence, lean management, and footprint design, with a track record of driving efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainable performance improvements. His work spans from hands-on operational initiatives with middle management to strategy development with executive leadership, ensuring impact at every level of the organization.
Before joining EFESO, Maximilian worked at Dr. Schönheit + Partner, where he applied lean principles to improve manufacturing performance, and at StreetScooter Research GmbH, where he contributed to consulting projects in the electric mobility sector. He also gained international experience in quality control and product development at Dantex Pro Ltd. in Hong Kong.
Maximilian holds a Master of Science in Production Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. He speaks German and English fluently.
