Menno Tomassen is principal at EFESO.

With over 20 years of consulting experience, Menno supports clients across multiple industries, including food & beverage, manufacturing, FMCG, chemicals, financial services, utilities, and rail & infrastructure. At EFESO, Menno drives strategic and operational transformations, focusing on achieving sustainable performance improvements and delivering measurable results.

Menno’s expertise spans process improvement, business performance management, organizational design, change management, operational excellence, lean manufacturing (LSS and TPM), continuous improvement, and asset management. Menno combines a hands-on approach with strong program and project management capabilities to deliver impactful client outcomes.

Before joining EFESO, Menno held senior roles at Essent and Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting), successfully leading numerous large-scale transformation programs.

Menno holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Twente. Menno speaks Dutch, English, German, and French.
