Michele Bianchi

Michele Bianchi is partner at EFESO. Italian focal point for Organization & Human Dynamics Practice and Engineering & Machinery Industry.

With over 30 years of experience, Michele started his career focusing on quality management with an interfunctional approach to continuous improvement, leading several Operational Excellence projects for Italian mid-sized companies and multinational groups. At EFESO, Michele specializes in Product Excellence, Business Planning , Profitability Improvement , Organizational development and Human Dynamics — from target setting to embedding lean-agile culture and process implementation.

Michele collaborates with leading companies in several industries with main focus on Domestic appliance, Engineering & machinery, Electrical, Electronic & Electromechanical equipment and food.

Before joining EFESO in 2015, Michele managed the Quality Department of a major Italian construction machinery manufacturer and later served as CEO of a Japanese consulting firm from 2007 to 2015. Michele holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and speaks Italian and English.
