Nicolas Miesch

Nicolas is managing director of South East Asia – Pacific and partner at EFESO.

With nearly two decades of international consulting experience, Nicolas leads EFESO’s operations in South East Asia–Pacific, guiding strategic and operational transformations across industries including Chemicals, Food & Beverages, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing. At EFESO, Nicolas drives large-scale change programs focused on operational excellence, supply chain performance, and digital transformation, while aligning local business needs with global strategies.

Nicolas brings deep expertise in Lean Management, TPM, Continuous Improvement, and Industry 4.0 integration, delivering sustainable performance improvements and embedding change across entire organizations. His approach emphasizes leadership development, behavioral transformation, and people engagement to ensure lasting results.

Before taking on leadership roles at EFESO, Nicolas built his career in engineering and consulting positions with Snecma, Labinal, and RATP, managing Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management projects in aerospace, transportation, and industrial sectors.

Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management and Industrial Engineering from Université de Technologie de Troyes and is a certified JIPM TPM practitioner. Fluent in French, Indonesian Spanish and English, Nicolas brings a global perspective to his work across diverse cultural and industrial contexts.
