With over 32 years of experience, Rajinder specializes in Lean Manufacturing, Enterprise Transformation, TWI, and Change Management, with a focus on shaping ideal behaviors for operational excellence. At EFESO, Rajinder drives transformation initiatives that enable organizations to achieve sustainable results and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Rajinder has supported clients across diverse sectors, including automotive, food & beverages, textiles, ceramics, chemicals, and consumer durables, delivering measurable performance gains and fostering cultural transformation.

Before joining EFESO, Rajinder spent 18 years in leadership roles across various organizations before founding his own consulting firm. Certified facilitator from the Shingo Institute, one of the few globally recognized trainers helping companies worldwide on their journey toward enterprise excellence.

Rajinder holds a BE in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Speaks English and Hindi.
