Ralf Bechmann

Ralf Bechmann is partner at EFESO.

With over 30 years of experience advising manufacturing companies, particularly in the automotive industry. At EFESO, Ralf supports clients in achieving operational excellence and driving digital transformation across the value chain, working with both large international corporations as well as medium-sized enterprises.

Ralf specializes in developing and implementing best-in-class value chain strategies, applying lean and digital principles from R&D to after-sales. Ralf’s consulting work focuses on designing and executing efficiency and effectiveness programs in development, production, purchasing, and supply chain management to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

Before joining EFESO in 2020 through ROI Management Consulting, Ralf held leadership roles at EY and gained extensive consulting and industrial experience, including at a Daimler AG subsidiary.

Ralf holds dual degrees from the Technical University of Munich: a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering and a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering. Speaks German and English.
