With over 25 years of consulting experience, Riccardo helps organizations achieve sustainable performance improvements across the entire value chain. At EFESO, he serves as Country Referral for the Supply Chain practice, where he has built deep expertise in network design, demand planning, operational excellence, warehouse & HUB logistics, transportation, and distribution. Riccardo has supported transformation programs for both manufacturing and service companies, helping clients boost efficiency and competitiveness.

Riccardo’s expertise covers value chain transformation, cost optimization, program management, and the digitalization of lean processes. Riccardo has successfully led projects across a wide range of industries – including Postal & Courier, Logistics Services, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Retail, Leisure & Hospitality, and Discrete Manufacturing – consistently delivering measurable impact.

Before joining EFESO, Riccardo worked in IT consulting and capital optimization, gaining strong experience in platform integration and fulfillment processes. Riccardo holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and is fluent in Italian and English.
