Roger brings over 25 years of experience in value creation and business transformation, working extensively with private equity funds and their portfolio companies. At EFESO, Roger leads the Private Equity practice in Asia, focusing on driving operational excellence, accelerating growth, and delivering measurable results across diverse industries.

Roger specializes in operational excellence, supply chain strategy, revenue growth, Footprint Optimization and digital transformation. Roger has successfully partnered with private equity firms and portfolio companies across sectors including manufacturing, consumer products, restaurants & retail, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

Before joining EFESO, Roger spent over seven years within a private equity firm, holding leadership roles such as Transformation Officer, Head of Value Creation, and Head of Strategic PMO.

Roger holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
