Shannon’s expertise includes process improvement, data analysis, SQL, and database management, enabling streamlined operations, enhanced productivity, and sustainable change across complex supply chains. Shannon partners with client teams to implement solutions that embed continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Before joining EFESO, Shannon held roles at Ingredion and The Kraft Heinz Company, managing production operations, leading Lean and Green Belt initiatives, and driving performance improvements in multi-shift manufacturing environments.

Shannon holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and is skilled in SQL, R, data visualization, and analytics.
