Before joining EFESO, Sönke spent over eight years at Tsetinis Consulting, progressing from senior Consultant to senior principal, where he led numerous projects focused on operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Prior to embarking on a career in consulting, Sönke accumulated over a decade of professional experience in senior-level roles within the domains of R&D and purchasing for leading industrial enterprises.
