Stefano brings over 25 years of leadership experience and leads EFESO’s North America Human Dynamics practice, supporting global companies in shaping and accelerating organizational progression. Stefano drives transformational initiatives across multiple markets, focusing on performance turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and supply network redesign.

Stefano’s expertise lies in change management, executive coaching, organizational development, and Human Dynamics, leveraging People and Culture to deliver sustainable performance improvements. Stefano partners with C-suite leaders to enable cultural transformation, operational excellence, and high-impact behavioral change programs.

Before EFESO, Stefano built his career at Procter & Gamble and served as Plant General manager, leading operational excellence initiatives and global transformations across Retail, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing sectors.

Stefano holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Trieste, Italy, and is certified as a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, NLP Executive Coach, and SHRM-SCP. Stefano speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
