As Senior Partner at EFESO Management Consultants, Steve supports global organizations in mobilizing leadership teams and delivering sustainable, long-lasting performance improvements across complex manufacturing environments.
Steve developed deep expertise in operational excellence through early work in the confectionery sector and now applies this experience across a broad range of industries. Steve leads transformation programs for multinational clients focused on operational performance, capability building, and breakthrough business results.
Steve’s industry expertise spans Food & Beverage, including Ready-to-Drink beverages, spirits, snacks, confectionery, and prepared foods, as well as Life Sciences with a focus on cosmetics. Additional experience includes adjacent manufacturing sectors such as printing, packaging, and pet food.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University.
