Sylvère Ode

Sylvère Ode is partner and head of Resources Mining and Processing EMEA at EFESO.

With a strong background in finance, organizational strategy, and industrial transformation and graduated from SKEMA Business School with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Sylvère began his career as a financial controller before transitioning to consultancy, first in services and then in the industry.

Sylvère has led numerous Transformation programs across Europe, supporting mergers, company launches, strategic realignments, and regulatory compliance across sectors including life science, nuclear, metal or other process industries. Drawing from extensive experience in industrial environments, Sylvère developed EFESO’s frameworks in Reliability and Maintenance programs and currently contributes to projects in Restructuring, Working Capital Optimization or Greenfield Design. Sylvère is also part of the Life Science core team.

Sylvère speaks French and English.
