Tayfun Kaymakci is senior manager at EFESO.
Tayfun leads initiatives that build transformation capabilities in organizations through learning and development. Since joining EFESO in 2017, Tayfun has designed and implemented company-wide Inhouse academies and qualification programs, enabling sustainable change in operational excellence, Lean transformation, supply chain and digital evolution.
Combining deep expertise in adult learning with a practical understanding of transformation, Tayfun designs and delivers impactful trainings and learning journeys that link personal growth with business outcomes. Areas of specialization include change enablement, Lean and digital transformation, and leadership acceleration; tailored to support clients in dynamic industry contexts.
Prior to EFESO, Tayfun held senior roles in marketing, sales, training and consulting at various companies, where the focus was on driving client engagement, process improvement, and capability building.
Tayfun holds a diploma as Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz. Speaks German and English.
