With over 35 years of combined industrial and consulting experience, Tom drives operational excellence across the Small Molecule, Biologics and Cell & Gene Therapy sectors. At EFESO, Tom leads large-scale transformation programs, supporting clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements through innovative Lean and operational excellence methodologies tailored to complex environments.

Tom specializes in Lean and operational excellence in life science quality functions including QC Labs and QA processes. His pragmatic, results-driven approach has delivered impactful change for global leaders in the life sciences industry, including Pfizer, Merck, Novartis V&D, Janssen, Sandoz, Mylan, Mallinckrodt, Allergan, Baxter, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Before joining EFESO, Tom spent nearly two decades in operations and quality management, holding senior leadership roles at BSM, where he also served as Vice President and Business Development Director for both European and U.S. operations.

Tom holds extensive expertise in driving Lean transformations and continues to serve as Director at BSM, part of EFESO.
