Walid is Managing Director of Egypt & Saudi Arabia and Partner at EFESO.

With over 30 years of professional experience and more than a decade at EFESO, Walid has been leading the firm’s operations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As Managing Director and Partner, Walid drives large-scale transformation programs and growth initiatives, supporting clients across diverse industries with a focus on sustainable performance improvement.

Walid brings deep expertise in strategy development, marketing, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. Known for a pragmatic and hands-on approach, Walid supports C-level executives and management teams in capturing value, strengthening competitiveness, and building capabilities across healthcare, ICT, and industrial sectors.

Before joining EFESO, Walid held senior leadership roles including Partner at Hands-on Consulting, Financial Director at Philco Systems, and Finance Manager at Egyptsat Telecom. These roles provided extensive exposure to financial management, project leadership, and executive search.

Walid holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESLSCA University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University. Walid speaks Arabic and English.
