At EFESO, Xin leads complex client engagements, driving sustainable performance improvement, organizational capability building, and strategic transformations.

Xin’s expertise spans lean methodologies, Six Sigma, cost optimization, and leadership development. By combining data-driven insights with a strong focus on people and culture, Xin helps organizations achieve measurable operational impact and accelerate their transformation journeys.

Before joining EFESO, Xin held several leadership roles at Koch Industries and SGL Group, including Operations Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Quality Manager. These roles allowed Xin to lead large-scale process improvements, optimize production performance, and deliver significant cost savings while coaching leaders and teams globally.

Xin holds an MBA in International Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economy and Trade from East China University of Science and Technology and speaks Mandarin, English, and German.
