Raphaël de Saint Vincent

Raphaël de Saint Vincent is a consultant at EFESO.

He has a background in data, digital transformation, and operational environments. At EFESO, he helps Procurement and Supply Chain organizations turn data and Generative AI into practical, operational tools, from use-case definition to delivery, grounded in real-world constraints rather than abstract innovation agendas. His work places particular emphasis on adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Before joining EFESO, he worked in a technology and infrastructure-driven company, in data analytics and data science roles, supporting decision-making and performance steering during a period of rapid organizational and technical change.

He also served in the French Army as Sous-Lieutenant, supporting Section-level operations in demanding, real-world contexts. This experience, combined with his Master’s thesis work on France’s catch-up in military drones, shaped a strong focus on execution, simplicity, and a critical view of technologies or processes disconnected from field realities.

Raphaël holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School, with specializations in AI & Robotics and Management Consulting, and has completed a technical training in Data Science. This dual background allows him to bridge technical topics and business decision-making.
