Valentina Zardoni is Manager at EFESO.
With over 15 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and organizational assessment, Valentina is part of the EFESO Procurement Practice.
Valentina’s expertise spans from procurement cost reduction initiatives to end-to-end supply chain transformation projects across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, automotive, and industrial manufacturing, working in Italy and across Europe.
Her experience includes organizational redesign, operational due diligence, and quick procurement assessment engagements, followed by implementation and performance improvement programs, with a strong focus on sustainable, end-to-end value creation.
Before joining EFESO, Valentina worked at Blupeter, a management consulting boutique based in Italy, and previously at Accenture.
Valentina holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a second-level degree in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
She speaks Italian and English.
