Brian Karlsson

Brian Karlsson is a Principal at EFESO Management Consultants with extensive experience leading operational and performance improvement initiatives across industrials, engineering & equipment manufacturing, consumer products, transportation, and private equity portfolio companies. He has a proven track record of working closely with executive leadership and global teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, profitability, operational efficiency, and transformation execution.

Brian specializes in end-to-end operations improvement, operational due diligence, lean transformation, shopfloor management, process improvement, value engineering, and operations integration. He has successfully led multinational programs across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, helping organizations improve operational performance, reduce costs, and accelerate value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining EFESO, Brian worked at Deloitte Consulting within the Strategy & Operations practice, where he focused on operational transformation and performance improvement engagements across multiple industries.

Brian holds a PhD from The George Washington University and a BA from The University of Chicago.
