James brings more than 34 years of manufacturing and project leadership experience, James supports clients in executing transformational initiatives that deliver sustainable operational improvements. He brings extensive experience across the specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, and energy sectors.
James specializes in operational excellence, strategy execution, Lean manufacturing, maintenance and reliability, operational readiness, and business process improvement. He helps organizations improve performance through management operating systems, cultural transformation, and continuous improvement programs.
Before joining EFESO, James held leadership positions in the chemical industry, including Plant Manager, HSE and Engineering Manager, and Production Manager.
James holds a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University. He is fluent in English and Spanish
