With more than 25 years of experience in global operations and supply chain management, Shawl partners with clients to drive value creation initiatives through operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and transformation execution. Shawl combines deep functional expertise, cross-industry experience, and a strong passion for continuous improvement to help organizations achieve sustainable performance improvements.

Shawl is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Prior to joining EFESO, he served as a Global Supply Manager at Apple, managing strategic suppliers in Japan and South Korea. He also spent 10 years at Intel, where he held leadership roles including Production Manager and Project Manager, supporting factory startups and new product introductions in China.

Shawl holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is fluent in English and Chinese
