With over 20 years of experience, Steve specializes in large-scale turnarounds, manufacturing leadership development, and operational excellence. He is a results-driven advisor, supporting global organizations in mobilizing leadership teams to deliver sustainable, long-lasting performance improvements.
Steve began his career focusing on the confectionery sector, where he built deep expertise in deploying operational excellence strategies and tools. He now leverages this experience across a broader range of industries, leading transformation programs for multinational clients to achieve breakthrough results.
His industry expertise spans Food & Beverage—including Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages, spirits, snacks, confections, and prepared foods—as well as Life Sciences, particularly cosmetics. He also brings experience in adjacent manufacturing sectors such as printing, packaging, and pet food.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University.
