With deep expertise in logistics, planning, customer service, procurement, and manufacturing, Bernard has trained more than 2,000 professionals in Operational Excellence methodologies. Bernard has coached teams and leaders at all organizational levels and supported the successful implementation of over 800 improvement projects across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, planning, and customer service operations.
