Bernard Haveman is an Expert Director at EFESO.
Bernard has more than 20 years of experience in employee development and capability building in the areas of Supply Chain and Operational Excellence. His expertise spans the Food & Beverage, E-commerce, Retail, Energy, Chemicals, Packaging & Paper, Healthcare, and Engineered-to-Order manufacturing sectors. As a result, he brings a broad and hands-on perspective to the topic of end-to-end performance improvement.
To date, Bernard Haveman has trained more than 2,000 professionals and managers in OPEX methodologies. He has coached teams and leaders at all organizational levels and supported the successful implementation of more than 800 improvement projects across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, planning, and customer service.
In his work with companies, he combines practical transformation experience with a strong focus on building the internal capabilities required for long-term, self-sustaining improvement for both employees and organizations.
