Jelle Steenbeek is Principal at EFESO, where Jelle supports clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements through Operational Excellence and performance management.
Since joining EFESO in 2015, Jelle has worked with organizations across Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging and Retail. Jelle helps clients translate strategic objectives into concrete results by improving business processes, strengthening performance behaviors and embedding continuous improvement across sites.
Jelle has extensive experience leading Operational Excellence and TPM implementations in complex, multi-site environments. Jelle’s expertise includes change management, program and project management, training and coaching, and driving measurable improvements in productivity, OEE and operational performance.
Before joining EFESO, Jelle worked at MS Asset Management Consultancy, where Jelle gained experience in asset and performance management.
Jelle speaks Dutch, English and German.
