With more than 37 years of industry and consulting experience across the chemicals and materials value chain, with a proven track record of working with executive decision makers at corporate and private equity organizations across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, supporting their most critical growth, value creation, and performance improvement priorities.

Chris’s areas of expertise include supply chain and operations cost transformation, network optimization, sourcing and procurement, business performance turnaround, margin and pricing improvement, and operating model design. Bringing deep experience in M&A advisory, including diligence, synergy identification, and integration value capture, as well as business portfolio and capital management.

Before joining EFESO, Chris held senior roles advising leading global organizations across chemicals, industrials, oil and gas, and private equity; working extensively with executive leadership teams to improve operational performance, optimize cost structures, and accelerate value creation initiatives.

Chris has led multiple large scale transformation initiatives, including performance turnarounds, procurement and cost reduction programs, and supply chain and operating model redesign efforts. Consistently focused on delivering measurable impact through disciplined execution and operational excellence.

Chris’s expertise in operations, supply chain, and value creation positions him as a trusted advisor to senior executives seeking to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.

Chris holds an MBA in Finance from the Olin School at Babson College and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
