Chris Poole is a Principal at EFESO.

With more than 30 years of experience helping industrial organizations accelerate performance, transform culture, and deliver sustainable value creation. He works with executive teams, operational leaders, and frontline associates to unlock measurable improvements in EBITDA, safety, productivity, quality, cost, and people engagement.

Throughout his career, Chris has combined deep operational expertise with a practical understanding of leadership and organisational change. His experience spans food and beverage manufacturing, life sciences and pharma, consumer goods, packaging, steel, brewing, automotive, paper, financial services, and other process-intensive industries. He has led numerous global transformation programmes focused on Supply Chain & E2E Operational Excellence, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Operations Management (WCOM), culture change, and continuous improvement. Many of these implementations led to the receipt of prestigious recognition including multiple JIPM TPM Excellence Awards.

Prior to joining EFESO as Principal, Chris held senior leadership positions with Milliken & Company, including Director of Strategic Client Development within Performance Solutions. In these roles he partnered with organisations globally to develop Zero Loss mindsets, strengthen leadership capability, improve operational performance, and build highly engaged cultures capable of sustaining long-term results.

Chris is particularly recognised for his ability to connect strategy with execution. He helps organisations align leadership ambition, operational systems, people behaviours, and digital enablement to achieve transformational outcomes and lasting EBITDA improvement. His approach combines rigorous process improvement with a strong focus on human dynamics, capability development, and cultural change.
