Dr. Bernhard Burger is Expert Director at EFESO.
With nearly 3 decades in R&D management and consulting his focus is the development and transformation of organizations towards higher efficiency and effectivity. His areas of expertise lie in organization design and development, change management and leadership. Furthermore, he works as systemic coach. As part of his work he transformed organizations around the globe.
Bernhard is part of the People and Organization Practice, where he is at the forefront of developing approaches to enable people embracing new work methodologies and technologies, be it Lean-Agile, Digital Technology or AI. At the core of his work stands the strong belief that people are at the core of any successful endeavor.
Bernhard holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Vienna. He speaks German and English.
