Julien Vital

Julien Vital is senior manager at EFESO.

With nearly 20 years of experience in consulting and industry, Julien rejoined EFESO in 2022 as Senior Manager, focusing on project management, process improvement, and lean transformations. Julien currently supports clients across manufacturing sectors, driving performance enhancement and operational excellence initiatives.

Julien brings strong expertise in lean methodologies, quality management, safety systems, and large-scale operational improvements. His approach emphasizes sustainable transformation, combining hands-on operational insight with strategic alignment to deliver measurable results for clients.

Before rejoining EFESO, Julien built a significant career at Tarkett, where he held leadership roles in production, safety, and quality, including Site Safety Manager, Unit Production Manager, and QSEE Manager.

Julien holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon and an MSc in International Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Julien speaks French and English.
