Julien Vital is expert director at EFESO.
After 5 years of experience in consulting and 12 years as a manager in the industry, Julien joined EFESO in 2022 to support Operational Excellence program management, process improvement and lean transformations, supporting clients in various industries including Pharma, Food & Beverage, Metallurgy, Luxury Goods etc.
Julien brings strong expertise in lean methodologies, Quality & HSE, and operational excellence capability building. His combined experience of consulting and operational leadership in the industry helps him provide hands-on value and a challenging yet realistic dynamic to the clients he supports. His approach emphasizes sustainable transformation, combining hands-on operational insight with strategic alignment to deliver measurable results for clients.
Julien holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, France and an MSc in International Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Julien fluently speaks French and English.
