Patricia Didrit

Patricia Didrit is an Expert Director at EFESO.

With more than 20 years of international experience in operational excellence, supply chain, and manufacturing transformation, Patricia supports industrial organizations in achieving sustainable performance improvements through operational excellence, Lean transformation, and people development. Patricia brings deep expertise across the automotive industry and complex manufacturing environments, combining strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership.

Patricia specializes in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Toyota Production System (TPS), supply chain optimization, and leadership coaching. Patricia has led large transformation initiatives focused on operational performance, supplier development, cost reduction, and organizational capability building. Experience includes managing large multicultural teams, coaching executive leadership, and deploying operational excellence methodologies across global manufacturing networks to deliver measurable and sustainable business impact.

Before joining EFESO, Patricia served as Head of Inbound Supply Chain at Audi Brussels, leading a team responsible for securing the supply of more than 6,000 parts for the Audi e-tron production program. Earlier roles include Process Improvement Manager for the Audi Production System, where Patricia led Lean deployment and management coaching initiatives, as well as several operational excellence and supplier development positions at Toyota Motor Europe. Patricia also held project management and purchasing roles at PSA Peugeot Citroën, supporting international sourcing, supplier management, and industrial project implementation.

Patricia holds an Engineering degree in Production from Centrale Lille and completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications through edX. Additional certifications include Waste Management and Critical Raw Materials. Languages spoken include Dutch, English, French, and German.
