With more than 20 years of combined experience in consulting and operations, Rami is Partner at EFESO and Leader of the Food & Beverage Industry in France. Rami supports large corporate and private equity portfolio companies in end-to-end transformations, growth strategies, and value creation programs across the consumer, food and beverage, and agribusiness sectors.

Rami’s expertise includes operational excellence, supply chain and procurement optimization, digital and AI-enabled transformations, and large-scale performance programs delivering measurable impact. Rami works closely with executive teams to design and execute bankable plans, combining strategic vision with pragmatic implementation across the full value chain from upstream agriculture to distribution.

Before joining EFESO, Rami was Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in EMEA, serving as a core leader in operations across agriculture, chemicals, and mining. Earlier career experience includes more than 10 years in operations and project management at VINCI, leading major infrastructure programs across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, managing projects up to 300 FTE and €300–500 million in value.

Rami holds an MBA from HEC Paris and UCLA Anderson School of Management, with a focus in strategy and real estate. Languages spoken include French and English.
