Sasa Rujevcan is an expert director at EFESO.
With over 20 years of international and cross-functional operational and consulting experience, Sasa focuses on people-centricity as the foundation of sustainable leadership development. His goal is to grow Operational Excellence maturity by driving organizational and cultural development.
Areas of expertise include Operational Excellence, Leadership Development and Change Management. In his assignments, Sasa works internationally; he has lived in four countries and is accustomed to working in multinational environments, guided by his credo: “It’s all about people!”
Sasa is a practicing value-oriented systemic business coach and consultant (CAS/ISO/ICI). Speaks German, English, and Croatian.
