Lanny Duvall

Lanny Duvall is a member of the EFESO Chemicals Advisory Board. Lanny currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at Solvay and brings more than 25 years of international experience in the chemicals and specialty materials industry, with leadership roles across supply chain, manufacturing, and operational transformation.
Throughout his career, Lanny has held senior management positions in both corporate and operational environments, leading large-scale activities across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Mexico. His experience spans integrated supply chain management, manufacturing excellence, capital project execution, M&A integration, and operational restructuring, with a strong track record in improving safety, productivity, and cost performance.
Prior to joining Solvay, Lanny served as Chief Operations Officer at Heubach, leading global operations for the specialty pigments business under SK Capital ownership. He also held senior executive roles at Nouryon, including Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer and Senior Vice President Digital.
