Mary Beth has led organizations through strategy development, operational transformation, digital modernization, M&A integration, and large-scale cultural change, consistently delivering measurable improvements in safety, reliability, cost, and workforce capability.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University, has served on the National Association of Manufacturers Manufacturing Leadership Council and the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering. She is a recipient of the Manufacturing Institute STEP Award.
