Michael Bolten is a member of the EFESO Chemicals Advisory Board. Michael brings more than 30 years of international experience in the chemicals and related industries, with senior leadership roles in operations, supply chain management, procurement, and transformation across chemicals, materials, agriculture, electronics, and food ingredients.
He currently serves as Global Chief Supply Chain Strategy Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer for EMEA & North America at Mitsubishi Chemical Group, where he is responsible for regional and global supply chain strategy, procurement, and operational performance improvement across a complex international manufacturing network.
Throughout his career, Michael has held senior management positions leading large-scale operations and transformation programs, including the integration of Danisco into DuPont. His experience covers supply chain leadership, operational excellence, M&A integration, capital project execution, process safety, and digital-enabled transformation.
