Mike Matlock, a member of the EFESO Chemicals Advisory Board, spent thirty-three years at The Dow Chemical Company, holding senior executive roles across site and global operations, maintenance and reliability, change management, and logistics.

He had global responsibility for Dow’s Maintenance and Reliability service delivery across all sites and played a key leadership role in the integration of several acquisitions, most notably Union Carbide and Rohm & Haas. Mike also led the development of several of Dow’s key global work processes, as well as its change management methodologies, organizational design, and empowerment initiatives.

Subsequently, Mike served as SVP and Managing Director for the Americas and Europe at Meridium, and later as CCO, VP and GM of the Americas for GE Digital. He has been a Senior Advisor to EFESO since 2019.

Mike is currently the Managing Member of AltaPerform LLC.

Mike holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed an Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management, and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
