Peter Jackson

Peter Jackson is a member of the EFESO Chemicals Advisory Board. Peter brings more than 35 years of experience in the mining and potash industry, with senior leadership roles spanning operations, technical services, and site management.
He spent his career at The Mosaic Company and its legacy organizations, where he held a range of management positions across North America. Over time, he progressed through roles including Manager of Environment and Planning, Mining Superintendent, Vice President of Technical Services, and General Manager of the Belle Plaine facility, before becoming Vice President of Operations for the Potash Business Unit in 2011. In this role, he was responsible for large-scale mining operations and multi-site performance.
His experience covers process operations, site leadership, and operational excellence across major potash facilities, including Belle Plaine, Esterhazy, Hersey, and Carlsbad.
