Pieter Boon
Member of the EFESO Chemicals Advisory Board
Pieter Boon is a member of the EFESO Chemicals Advisory Board. Pieter has over 35 years experience in the Chemical Industry in senior management positions in a wide range of disciplines ranging from in purchasing & supply chain to marketing & sales at DSM (currently dsm-firmenich). After the acquisition of the remaining DSM chemical activities in 2015 by CVC Capital Partners, Pieter became CEO of the AnQore BV activities. May 2025 Pieter retired from AnQore.
In addition, Pieter has extensive experience as non-executive director. Currently Pieter is member of the Supervisory Board of AnQore and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Chemelot Foundation, one of Europe’s largest integrated chemical parks.
Pieter graduated as Electrical Engineer at the Eindhoven Technical University in 1988. He also completed several DSM in-company courses by IMD Lausanne and Rotterdam School of Management.
