Brian Edward Karlsson is a Vice President at EFESO Group (ARGO-EFESO) active in the Idea to Value and Private Equity practices. With a doctorate in Political Science and a BA in Economics, Brian has an acute awareness of the range of local and global pressures facing organizations and the role systems and behavior play in supporting or endangering program success.

In his more than 15 years in consulting, Brian has worked closely with clients to identify and deliver operational improvements in areas like product value management, lean transformation and management systems, process improvement, and pre-and post-merger integration synergy definition and capture.

Building on his broad experience, Brian has helped clients improve Capex spend and related processes, including working with capital equipment suppliers to reduce equipment costs and improve design and delivery lead times to protect their market position against global competitors and helping clients improve their CapEx portfolio management process to focus on the strategic investments needed to capture the opportunity presented by new technologies and trends.
