François is Principal at EFESO Management Consultants . He is a member of the Paris office where he leads the Transformation and Value Chain practice, and the Private Equity industry.

Prior to join EFESO Management Consultants , François has been developing his career in Consulting at Oliver Wyman, A.T.Kearney and Monitor Company. He also led a start up in Telecom IT and held operations positions in the Defense and Engineering sectors.

As a consultant, François participated in many projects, spanning from metals and materials, defense & engineering, food & beverage, cosmetics and more.

François is an expert in Transformation Programs (including organization) and end-to-end Value Chain Progression. He is recognized for his experience in Business Planning, Performance Improvement programs and transformation, with an expertise in complexity management.

He holds an MSc in Electronic / Electric / Computing Engineering (Supelec) and an MBA (Insead).
